The Northridge Pool opened for the 2014 season on May 3rd and will be open through Sunday, October 5th.

The new key card gate system was installed at the amenity center at the end of the 2008 pool season.  Please be sure to keep your key card in a secure location at home, where you are able to locate it.  New cards will NOT be issued each year.  The replacement fee for a lost card has been set at $50.  If you experience problems with your card, please contact Premier Communities.

Pool hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The pool will be open daily at 6 a.m. for an early morning ADULT ONLY swim time, to allow for lap swimming and exercise. The recreation facilities, including the pool, playground, and restrooms, are private property owned by the association. Please treat the area with extreme care. Our dues contribute to the maintenance and repair of these areas. Let’s work together to avoid extra association expenses!

Please do not be offended if someone asks you if you live “in the neighborhood” or “what street you live on”. Not only is this a great way to get to know new neighbors, it also protects against non-members using the facility. As the neighborhood continues to grow, it is virtually impossible to recognize and know all of your neighbors, or for them to recognize you. Please understand that your neighbors are looking out for you and your facilities. Also, please note as a homeowner and member of the association it is vital that your access card is not shared with anyone outside of your immediate family. The association dues pay for the maintenance and repair of the pool and it is inappropriate for members outside of the Northridge Frisco HOA to use the pool unless they are guests of a resident and accompanied by that resident.

Reservations are available for small groups. The purpose of the reservation system is to prevent anyone from accidentally ‘double-booking’ the pool or planning an event on the same day. Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis. Any party or event at the pool/pavilion area cannot be exclusive; association members have access to the pool during all operational hours. All parties are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all trash, debris or related items. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100 will be required prior to the date of the party.  The Pool Party Reservation Form can be found on the HOA documents page of this website.
Pool rules are posted in the pool area. We would like to highlight the following rules:

  • guests must be accompanied by a homeowner at all times
  • no one under 16 years of age is permitted in the pool area without an adult 18 years or older
  • no eating, drinking, or smoking while in the pool
  • no glass containers
