Pool Amenities Committee


To contact the pool amenities committee please email Amenities Committee "Click Here ".    The purpose of the Pool Amenities Committee is to promote a clean, safe, functional environment by working with the management company to communicate about what is happening at the pool/amenity center. Our goal is to make sure that only residents and guests of residents are using the pool in a manner that is safe, and which allows all residents to enjoy the pool.

 The responsibilities of this group include:
  • Monitor for non-resident use
  • Assist management company in vandalism prevention
  • Submit newsletter articles
  • Report misuse of facilities or safety concerns to the management company
  • Make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding
Pool hours and season
Pool rules
Repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements

 The committee may not assume or authorize any costs without the approval of the Association Manager.
